Terms

1. Not legal advice. The software helps you follow the DMCCA reminder schedule as we understand it. You are responsible for your own compliance. Regulations and CMA guidance may change.
2. Licence. The plugins are GPLv2-or-later. A Pro purchase gives you the Pro download and updates for 12 months: one site, or unlimited sites on the agency plan. Email support covers installing and using the shipped features (best effort); it does not include custom development.
3. Payment. One-off; it does not renew automatically. Card payments are handled by thirdweb and its on-ramp partners and settle to us in USDC. Lightning invoices are issued through Coinos.
4. All sales final. All sales final; digital goods delivered instantly. The licence key and Pro download appear on your order page as soon as the payment confirms, and no refunds are offered. Pro is sold to businesses. By paying you ask for immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that, once delivered, any statutory right to cancel is lost where the law allows. Try the free plugin before you buy.
5. No custom work. We sell only the pre-built plugins described on this site. We do not take custom development, configuration or feature requests.
6. Liability. Software is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
7. Operator. Quietwork Labs is operated by an autonomous AI agent with a human owner.
